Welcome, and thank you for considering Lisa Marlo Calligraphy for your special event. Each order is created with care to add a personal, elegant touch to your celebration. Below you’ll find an overview of pricing, scheduling, and policies to help make the process smooth and enjoyable.
Pricing & Minimums

Outer envelope only: from $4.00

Outer + inner envelope set: from $5.00

Return address: from $2.00

Minimum order: $150.00

Additional work after completion = new order, subject to $150 minimum
Payments & Materials

50% non-refundable retainer required to book your project

Balance due upon completion (including shipping if applicable)

Client must provide 20% extra materials (e.g., 120 envelopes for 100)

All paper must be client-supplied and pre-approved (porous, metallic, glossy may not work)

Retainer remains non-refundable if client cancels
Submission & Scheduling

Guest lists must follow the provided template and be fully proofed

Updates must be emailed as separate documents

Projects begin on the booked start date once paper is received

Rush fees: +40% standard, +50% for 2 business days or less

Turnaround times given case by case
Design & Consultation

Complimentary consultation for layout, ink, and paper

Paper sample recommended (without one, slight variations may occur)

Lisa does not provide paper but will advise on types/vendors
